  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must return the items to be returned/exchanged within 14 days counting from the receipt of the order. Products must be intact and complete as at the time of receipt and must be returned in the original condition.

  • We do not accept returns at the stationary boutique. Please send them back by courier to the warehouse address below:

    To make a return, please fill out the FORM and enclose it with your package. If you do not have the opportunity to print the form, we kindly ask you to write out the necessary data by hand on a piece of paper.

  • To return the order, the client must complete the return form available HERE

  • We cannot accept returns of food products (coffee and tea). Other products can be returned within 14 days of shipment if they are still in their original packaging.


  • We roast 3 times in the weeek and specifically for each order at our roastery in Cascais. You can expect your coffee to be dispatched within 7 days from roasting.

  • Keep the coffee in a sealed container, in a cool and dark place.
