What should I do if I find damage to a parcel?
In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to photograph the damaged package and make a damage report in the presence of the courier. If such action was not possible at the time of delivery, please contact the Service Department in order to place an order for the drawing up of such a protocol. Writing down the damage protocol does not initiate the claim procedure. Once the damage protocol has been written down, an official complaint must be filed.
